A: Our staff includes designers, editors, marketing personnel, producers, online experts and managers who are each dedicated to promoting music that changes lives. We are constantly seeking new works to bring into our output and we enjoying sharing our success with the artists we publish and record. A: You can pay online or by phone using a Visa or Mastercard for faster service. (Sorry, we don't accept American Express or Discover.) You may also pay by check or money order by mail. Please make all checks and money orders payable to "PBA Music Publishing", and mail to the following address:

| Q: What discounts do you offer? |
A: If you order three or more products within a single order you will automatically receive 10% off your purchase.

| Q: Do you work with distributors? |
A: Yes, PBA Music Publishing works with two national distributors. For CD recordings our distributor is Faithworks whose parent company is Spring Arbor. All of PBA Music Publishing's print music is sold and distributed exclusively through Emerson Music. A link is associated with each one of our print music titles in order to place an order. | Q: When will I recieve my order? |
A: Please give us one business day to process and ship your order. After that, you should receive your order via the shipping option you've requested. The default shipping option is either UPS Ground or USPS First-Class Mail depending on the total weight of the items ordered. Arrival times depend on the distance traveled, although the standard arrival times are 5-7 business days from the date that we ship. Occasionally, the items will arrive before that time, but we cannot guarantee that. Faster options are available, but are generally more expensive. All orders are shipped from our offices in California.
